Mark Howell
Mark began serving as the Pulpit Minister at Midway in January of 2009. He and his wife Marlene have two children. Their son, Daniel, and his wife Martha, live in Hardin, KY where Daniel preaches for the Hardin church of Christ. Daniel and Martha have one daughter, Jenaleigh. Their daughter, Rachel, and her husband Brandon Woolard, live in Enville, TN. Both Rachel and Brandon teach at Scotts Hill High School. Mark has an B.A. degree in Bible from Faulkner University and a M. Min. degree from Freed-Hardeman University. Joey Sparks
Brother Sparks has served as Youth Minister since 2005. He previously served as part- time Youth Minister from 2003 to 2005. He and his wife Amanda have been married for over two years. He graduated from Freed-Hardeman University with his Bachelor of Arts in Bible in 2005. He is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity degree from Regions University in Montgomery. Joey enjoys sports (especially Alabama football),cooking, and fishing.
Harvey Starling
For several years, the Midway congregation has been involved in mission work in Romania. Harvey and Pat Starling work under the oversight of the Midway elders there. There are mainly three Romanian districts in which Harvey works. These are the District of Dolj, the District of Valcea, and the District of Arges. In these three regions there are some two million people. There are seven active congregations in Dolj, Arges and Valcea Districts who often work together in special studies and evangelistic activities. Contact Harvey at: hmsstar@bellsouth.net
